EVO Egg Salad

Ingredients 
4-5 tbsp vegan mayonnaise 
Salt to taste 
Black pepper powder to taste 
2 tbsp siracha sauce 
3-4 garlic cloves, minced 
½ cup cabbage, shredded 
¼ cup purple lettuce, shredded
¼ cup green bell peppers, shredded 
¼ cup carrots, shredded 
¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved 
2 tbsp olives, pitted and sliced (optional)
2 tbsp jalapenos, sliced (optional)
1 cup EVO Boiled Egg White, cubes
Prep
In a bowl, add the vegan mayonnaise, salt, pepper, siracha sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Add all the vegetables to the prepared sauce and mix well till completely combined. 
Add in the EVO Boiled Egg White Cubes and mix well. 
Serve
Serve with the choice of accompaniment.
