EVO Egg Sando
100 gms EVO Cubes
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 tbsp dill leaves, chopped
4 burger buns, toasted
In a bowl, add vegan mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt, pepper & dill leaves.
Mix it well & add in the EVO egg white cubes, mix it in.
Top up the toasted burger buns with the prepared EVO egg filling, cover with the other buns and serve immediately.
