EVO Korean Noodle Bowl

EVO Korean noodle bowl

Ingredients
100 ml EVO Eggs
½ cup noodles, boiled
1 cup ready made vegetable broth
3-4 button mushrooms
1 whole corn, peeled
2-3 sprigs chive
¼ cup tofu
2-3 nori sheets
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
4 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp black sesame seeds
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
Prep
Cut mushroom into 1 by 4, keep aside
Cut tofu into cubes and keep aside
Roast corn, cut into medium size slices and keep aside
Stir fry mushrooms and tofu with minced garlic in sesame oil until golden brown and keep aside
Julienne chives and keep aside
In a bowl take EVO Egg, add salt and pepper, whisk till combined, keep aside
Heat broth in a saucepan over medium flame add seasonings and keep aside
Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame, grease with oil, pour in EVO Egg mixture, cook for 3 minutes on medium low flame, till the shine on the surface disappears then gently flip over to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes, take it off the pan and cut into squares.
Pour hot broth in a serving bowl, submerge boiled noodles into the broth, top with stir fried mushrooms, tofu, roasted corn slice, julienne chives and EVO Omelette squares.
Serve
Sprinkle it with salt and pepper, black sesame seeds and serve hot.
