Evo mushroom scramble


200 ml Evo liquid
4-5 Garlic cloves
7-8 Button mushrooms
1/4 tsp Black pepper crushed
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves


Wash, dry and cut the mushroom into quarters or thick slices. Finely chop garlic.


Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Saute garlic for one minute. Add mushroom slices and saute on a high flame for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.

Lower the flame and pour Evo while continuously stirring with a spatula. Cook Evo to your choice of doneness.


Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with any bread.
