150 ml EVO Liquid Egg
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Spring onion greens, chopped, for garnish
Oil, for cooking
In a bowl add EVO Liquid Egg along with salt & pepper. Beat well using a fork.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour the evo liquid in it. Allow to cook till on low-medium flame till the top begins to set.
Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes
Garnish with some spring onions and serve hot.
