3 EVO egg white patties, cut into cubes
2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
Oil, for pan-frying
1-2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
In a bowl, add some cornstarch along with EVO Boiled Egg White cubes and toss them well till they are completely coated.
Heat a little oil in a pan and grill the coated EVO pieces till they turn golden from all sides.
Now, in another bowl, add the sesame oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic & ginger. Mix them well till emulsified.
Pour into a hot pan & cook on high flame till it begins to thicken.
Once it begins to thicken, toss in the grilled EVO Cubes and blanched broccoli.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve with the desired accompaniment.
