EVO French Toast

Ingredients
100 ml EVO Liquid Egg
50 ml Plant based milk 
4 tbsp cornstarch 
1 tsp vanilla essence 
A pinch of salt 
2 tsp maple syrup 
½ tsp cinnamon powder, optional
2-3 tbsp Veganbutter, for cooking 
4 bread slices
Maple syrup, for serving 
Fruits of choice, for serving
Prep
In a bowl, whisk together EVO Liquid egg, plant based milk, cornstarch, vanilla essence, salt, maple syrup & cinnamon powder and set aside. 
Cook
Heat some vegan butter on a non-stick pan and dip each bread slice into the prepared mixture & then cook on the heated pan till golden brown and crispy on both sides. 
Serve
Top it with some more maple syrup and serve with your favourite fruits on the side.
