100 ml EVO Liquid Egg
2 slices of bread
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 tbsp oil or vegan butter, melted
Mix salt and pepper in EVO Egg liquid and whisk until combined.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and grease well with oil or butter.
Pour the EVO Egg liquid, let it cook for a few seconds and start stirring in a uniform swirling motion with a spatula till the curdles start forming.
Keep stirring the liquid on flame till the curdles gets separated (for about 2 minutes)
Heat another pan on medium flame and grease well with butter , toast slices of bread from both sides till golden.
Spread the Scramble on the toast, sprinkle with some salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.
