Evo Masala Chaat Omelette

For Omelette

1 tbsp oil 

100ml EVO Eggs

1 small onion, finely chopped 

1 small tomato, finely chopped 

Salt to taste 

Black pepper powder to taste 

½ tsp red chilli powder 

1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 

For Chaat 

1 small tomato, finely chopped

¼ cup nylon sev

Handful fresh coriander sprigs

Chaat masala, to sprinkle


Add EVO eggs in a bowl along with onions, tomato, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder & coriander leaves. 

Mix this well till combined. 


Heat oil on a non-stick pan, pour the prepared masala evo egg mix and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes until the top begins to set. 

Once the top sets, flip over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the omelette is golden brown on both sides. 

Remove in a serving dish once cooked. 


Garnish with tomato, nylon sev, fresh coriander and chaat masala. 

Serve with choice of accompaniment.
